Modeling

Modeling in Shade with intuitive Bezier based tools is like drawing. Objects can be extruded, revolved or freely shaped into surface or solid objects. Boolean Operations can create new intricate shapes and objects.  Extensive mesh editing tools let you precisely edit mesh structures.

Rendering

Shade is delivered with one of the most powerful rendering engines available anywhere, that includes Raytracing, Path Tracing, HDRI and Global illumination support. Enhanced with ShadeGrid, you can render on multiple machines (2 machines on standard, unlimited with professional).

Animation

Shade comes with extensive animation tools to keyframe and render any type of animation. SmartKinematics and Inverse Kinematics, as well as AimConstrain and PathConstrain let you run objects on presets. QuickTime VR movies make it easy to create compelling WEB presentations.

PoserFusion2

Unlike import/export functions that translate data from one format to another, PoserFusion serves as a liaison between Shade and Poser files, actually opening Poser files and accessing their contents directly in Shade. A must-have for every serious Poser User.
